Objectives of Society:

• Promote economic interest of its members, to encourage  thrift, saving and self help.
• Acquire land, form lands and release house sites to members in accordance with norms laid down by the Government of Karnataka.
• Undertake construction of houses/flats/apartments on the lands acquired/purchased for the benefit of members subject to approval by competent authority.
• To make loans to members for construction of new dwelling houses/purchase/extension/repairing their existing houses.
• Construct building or take up works for common utility of the members.
• Manage, maintain  and administer the property of the society.
• Undertake such activities as are necessary or expedient for attainment of objects of the society specified in the Bye laws.

Eligibility:

• Servicemen, Ex- servicemen, their family members, Defence Civilian employees paid out of defence Estimates, Para-military personnels.
• Any person who is above the age of 18 years and who is competent under Sec.11 of the Indian  Contracts  Act,1872.

Application:

Membership Fee = Rs 1,335/-
